Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4 1981) is an American actress. She is most well-known for her role in the film Cowboys & Aliens The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and the Powerful It Is Where I Leave You and the television series Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne & Suits. Amantha is the lead in Rectify which is a Sundance Channel Drama series. Abigail Leigh Spencer, an American actress and film director with a television show. Her fame was boosted by the roles she portrayed in the drama series Rectify. A native of Gulf Breeze Florida she made her acting debut by playing a character in the soap opera All My Children. To honor her performance she received the Soap Opera Digest Award as Outstanding Female newcomer. She mainly appeared in role as guest actors during the course of several years. She earned appreciation for her role of the character Dr. Erin Jameson in the television series Hawthorne. Her stunning looks and a dazzling acting ability gradually, she gained an enormous audience. Her debut film came at about twenty when she played the role of a girl in Campfire Stones. The actress has also been featured as a character in Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks as well as other films. For her part in Beautiful Now, she was nominated for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. In the show Timeless Spencer played the character of Lucy Preston, a history professor. The series has been praised by critics, and Spencer's character has earned her a nomination for the Teen Choice Award.
